Please give up to 3 days before inquiring about your registration. We are ran by volunteers only and most work full time jobs. Please have patients with us.
Once your registration is reviewed (if we have space), you will added to the schedule and then invoiced. Pay your invoice upon receipt in order to get a spot. These fill up quickly and unpaid invoices will be canceled once the clinic is full.
After you pay, you will be emailed a full list of drop off instructions and other important information. Watch for this email and reply once it has been received.
If you fail to pay 2 invoices you may not register for future clinics. Scheduling & invoicing takes a lot of time from our volunteers so we must set this boundary.
If you are receiving cost assistance, and do not check “Yes” on the registration, you will be billed at full price. If you fail to show up for your appointment without contacting us or if you fail pay your co-pay, you will be removed from the program indefinitely.
